One Jupiter PC can control 4 Jupiter PCS stations each PCS one SUB or SUF for R&D. Jupiter compact Process-Control-System (PCS) station integrate components in one cabinet, such as:
- Gas mixing via selectable number (max 5) of MFC (Air, Oxygen, Nitrogen, CO2, overlay)
- 4 speed controlled WM 114 DV peristaltic pumps (included)
- Electrical heating via three parallel channels
- Cooling control with on/off valve in supply line
- Servo motor drive for SpeederMotion servo motor
